Turtle + torte = tortle cupcakes

Tortle cupcakes (turtle + torte = tortle) for my mother-in-law's birthday! Chocolate cupcakes filled with chocolate ganache, topped with caramel buttercream and a pecan. This caramel buttercream is ridiculously good.

I made rainbow cupcakes for a friend's daughter's birthday party. They're a white cupcake made with almond extract and rainbow sprinkles baked inside, topped with rainbow buttercream frosting and more rainbow sprinkles. So much fun!
